Owning a home is a year-round responsibility, and improvement projects can be an ongoing and never ending part of that responsibility. Whether to improve your primary residence or to enhance an investment, making updates is a part of home ownership.
That said, certain projects may be better suited during specific times of the year than others. You probably don’t want to do a full kitchen renovation in the midst of the holidays.
