This premier event for the metal construction industry is set to take place this October in Las Vegas, Nevada. Like in previous years, metal design and construction experts highly anticipate this event. Location and Dates
Registration for METALCON 2023 is now open, with pre-show workshops beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The location is the Las Vegas Convention Center, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. As noted, this year’s duration is from the 4th to the 6th of October. That means you have enough time to register, prepare, set off, explore the city and attend the various sessions and events scheduled throughout the conference.

The METALCON Training Zone
A new feature of this year’s event is the METALCON Training Zone. This is sponsored by Sherwin-Williams and is set to take place on the show floor. John Sheridan of Sheridan Metal Resources will lead this workshop with his team of experts. And the main target of this training is to provide hands-on training for attendees with demonstrations using various materials, including copper, zinc, aluminum, painted steel, and various mock-ups. The workshop (in English and Spanish) will focus on detailing and using tools to improve attendees’ skills when installing various metal roof offerings and systems.
Mergers & Acquisitions Essentials Workshop
Another new feature this year will be the Mergers & Acquisitions Essentials Workshop, to be presented by Karl Wolker, a renowned expert. This workshop will focus on helping those who want to grow their metal works business. Strategies like mergers, acquisitions, structuring win-win transactions, successful integrations, and many others will be discussed, all aimed at helping attendees grow their businesses and preserving their hard-won equity and legacy.
